DELIVERY OPTIONS:
EVRI Standard Delivery – 2-4 Working Days (£3.99)
EVRI Next Day Delivery - 1 Working Day (£4.99)
ROYAL MAIL Tracked 48 — 2-4 Working Days (£3.99)
ROYAL MAIL Tracked 24 — 1 Working Day (£4.99)
For the best chance of next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the same day as ordered.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or peak seasonal periods.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from a designated collection point, the parcel may be returned to us.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate the whereabouts of your parcel. Courier investigations can take several working days to complete.
Claims for missing parcels must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
ITEMS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:
• Check around your property and any safe places.
• Check with neighbours or other household members.
• Contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, Zahriné cannot guarantee a replacement or refund until a courier investigation has been completed.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assist you promptly.
